I am about 56 kg and 165 ...Well, it can be helpful. I am about 56 kg and 165 cm. Slim people would say, naturally, they Think. I can tell you a secret, I don´t eat half what you eat a day. I am Always a bit hungry but I never ever deprive myself of anything. I have cakes, candies and anything I crave everyday. But tiny amounts. You would rarely find me gobbeling down 150 grams of pasta, I would eat half of that or less. This is the skinny persons secret. The trick is: you have to do this day in and day out and keep on working out. Its not easy, it looks as if it is. Veggies aren't "free" but they definitely help in feeling full, and are a much better way of doing it.
